Welcome 2010!  This is going to be a great year for soccer as well as for bodybuilding & fitness!  We are planning a lot of activities for 2010, please visit our calender to see what we are planning.  The competition dates for all of the Provinces will be put on our calender for your convenience.  We hope you will support us like you did in 2009, which was a great year for us.  Please feel free to contact us at any stage.

Chairmans Report The IFBB & Fitness Gauteng North committee ended 2008 on a high level with the SA Championships hosted in Pretoria at UNISA during September 2008.
